Robert Bosch LLC con domicilio en 38000 Hills Tech Drive Farmington Hills, Michigan 48331 (en adelante “Robert Bosch”), en cumplimiento a la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (“la Ley”), los lineamientos del aviso de privacidad y los estándares nacionales e internacionales en materia de Protección de Datos Personales y en estricto apego al cumplimento de los principios establecidos en la Ley y los deberes de seguridad y confidencialidad; aplica las medidas de seguridad físicas, administrativas y tecnológicas pertinentes durante todo el tratamiento y ciclo de vida de sus datos personales, en términos del presente Aviso de Privacidad

Datos personales de visitantes:

  • Datos de Identificación: Nombre completo, firma digital.
  • Datos de contacto: Dirección de correo electrónico.
  • Datos laborales: Nombre de la empresa en la que labora.
  • Datos de comunicación: Dirección IP.

Finalidades del tratamiento:

  • Registro dentro de la plataforma Bosch Packing Data Sheet (BPDS).
  • Realizar el proceso de aprobaciones de su empaque.
  • Almacenamiento de las aprobaciones.
  • Monitoreo y seguimiento de aprobaciones.
  • Soporte técnico en caso de que el usuario lo requiera.

Para efectos del presente Aviso de privacidad Robert Bosch, no solicita datos sensibles; sin embargo, sí con motivo del uso del sitio web de mérito se entrega información que pudiese encuadrar en esta clasificación; se hará del conocimiento del titular previo al tratamiento y se le solicitará su consentimiento expreso resguardando los datos recabados en estricto cumplimiento a los principios de la Ley, así como de los deberes de seguridad y confidencialidad.

Seguridad respecto a sus datos personales

Bosch ha adoptado y mantiene las medidas de seguridad, administrativas, técnicas y físicas, necesarias y que están a su alcance, para proteger sus datos personales contra daño, pérdida, alteración, destrucción o el uso, acceso o tratamiento no autorizado.

Transferencias

Bosch no realiza transferencias de datos a terceros, salvo aquellas excepciones contempladas en el artículo 35 de la Ley, incluyendo aquellas que, por Ley, mandamiento de autoridad competente o que, por motivo de nuestra relación contractual resulten indispensables para la correcta ejecución de este.

Ejercicio de Derechos ARCO y otros Derechos

Como titular de los datos personales, usted tiene derecho a que se le proporcione acceso a sus datos, a rectificarlos, cancelarlos y a oponerse (o negarse) a su tratamiento. Asimismo, tiene derecho a limitar el uso y divulgación de sus datos personales y a revocar el consentimiento que haya otorgado para su tratamiento.

Para ejercer alguno de sus derechos, póngase en contacto con nosotros a través del correo electrónico departamento.datospersonales@mx.bosch.com, enviando su solicitud en los términos de la Ley y su Reglamento, que deberá contener:

  • Nombre completo del titular.
  • Domicilio del titular, correo electrónico u otro medio para comunicarle la respuesta a su solicitud.
  • Copia simple o copia digital de identificación oficial para acreditar la identidad (INE, pasaporte, cédula profesional)
  • Representación: En caso de actuar en representación de un menor, se deberá presentar acta de nacimiento o documento oficial donde se acredite la personalidad del padre o tutor; en caso de actuar en representación de un tercero mayor de edad, deberá adjuntar el poder donde se acrediten sus facultades para actuar en representación de este.
  • Descripción breve de los datos personales respecto de los cuales busque ejercer sus derechos y especificar qué derechos en particular desea ejercer, ya sea el acceso a sus datos, rectificación o cancelación de estos, oposición al tratamiento o algunas finalidades del tratamiento o revocación del consentimiento.
  • En los casos de solicitudes de rectificación, deberá indicarse las modificaciones que se solicitan, así como incluir la documentación que sustente los cambios. Para rectificar su nombre, anexar copia de justificativo en caso de ser distinto a la identificación oficial presentada para acreditar la identidad.

O bien, enviándonos el formato para el ejercicio de derechos ARCO que encontrará en la página web www.bosch.com.mx , en la sección Privacidad de datos, "formato para ejercer sus derechos ARCO" .

El plazo de respuesta será de 20 días hábiles con base en el calendario oficial publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación.

La respuesta a su solicitud será enviada a través del mismo medio por el cual fue recibida, es decir, vía correo electrónico.

Cambios al Aviso de Privacidad

De realizarse modificaciones sustanciales o actualizaciones en el aviso de privacidad, se las comunicaremos a través de nuestro sitio web www.bosch.com.mx , en la sección de privacidad de datos.

Consentimiento

Mientras no manifieste oposición en los términos establecidos en el apartado “Ejercicio de Derechos ARCO y otros derechos”, se entenderá que, al proporcionarnos sus Datos Personales, señalados en este documento (excluyendo datos personales sensibles y/o patrimoniales), usted acepta las condiciones del tratamiento descritas en el presente Aviso de Privacidad, de conformidad con el artículo 7 de la Ley.

Bosch thanks you for your interest in our company, products, and/or services. We are dedicated to protecting your personal information and putting you in control of how we collect and process your personal information.

Scope

This Privacy Notice covers our processing of personal information, personally identifiable information, and personal data (for simplicity, referred to as personal information), as required by numerous laws and regulations in the United States.

Personal Information Purpose(s), Collection, and Disclosure

Bosch collects the personal information described below. If any additional personal information is collected by Bosch, we will provide any required notice(s), and where applicable, obtain any required consent(s), in accordance with applicable laws.

Information You Create or Directly Provide to Us

Profile Information: We collect personal information when you create, access, or maintain an account. The personal information collected includes your name, email address, phone number, company name, NT User ID, password, and SingleKey ID. Personal information collected from you is used for the purposes of registration, fulfilling or meeting the reason you provided the information, and customer support. We disclose this information to contracted service providers performing work on our behalf, such as hosting providers.

Communication and Customer Support: We collect personal information when you request information from us, contact our customer service, or sign up for email newsletters or marketing communications. This may also include when you interact with our chat feature. The personal information collected includes your name, email address, phone number, account login name, password, and SingleKey ID. Personal information collected from you is used for the purposes of registration, customer support, fulfilling or meeting the reason you provided the information, and dispute resolution. We disclose this data to contracted service providers performing work on our behalf, such as hosting providers.

Information We Collect Indirectly as You Use Our Services

Device and Network Information: When accessing our Services, we may collect limited technical information required for security, monitoring, and operation of the application. The personal information collected may include browser type, IP address, operating system version, language settings, and usage and traffic data. Personal information collected from you is used for the purposes of technical administration and maintaining the safety, security, and integrity of our websites, products and services, databases and other technology assets, and business. This information is not used for marketing purposes. We disclose this information to contracted service providers performing work on our behalf such as hosting providers.

Usage Information: We collect limited usage information necessary for application functionality, troubleshooting, authentication, session management, and security monitoring through log files and related technologies. The personal information collected may include access dates and times, pages or screens viewed, route by which you access our Services, other system activity, Internet Service Provider information, and session/authentication token information. This information is used for security administration and technical monitoring purposes. We disclose this information to contracted service providers performing work on our behalf such as hosting providers.

In addition to the purposes listed above, personal information collected may be used for compliance with legal and/or regulatory requirements; evaluating or conducting a merger, sale of assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of any business; and technical administration and maintaining the safety, security, and integrity of our websites, products and services, databases, and other technology assets.

Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for monetary or other valuable considerations. We do not share your personal information with third parties for any purpose. Therefore, we do not offer the right to opt-out.

Sensitive Personal Information Collection and Opt-Out

We do not collect sensitive personal information. Therefore, we do not provide an option to limit the use of such data.

Retention of Personal Information

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal obligations. Once those purposes are fulfilled and no legal or business requirements remain, your personal information will be deleted, de-identified, or removed from our systems.

Use of Links to Affiliated and External Sites

Our website may contain links to external websites. Your interaction with those websites is not covered by this Privacy Notice. We encourage you to review their respective privacy notices to understand their practices.

Chat Feature

We provide a chat feature to help you learn about our products and services. You may interact with an automated or AI system. Chat content is collected and retained only to fulfill your request and is typically deleted within 30 days, unless required for ongoing support or service requests. We recommend not sharing unnecessary personal information during chat interactions.

Use of Cookies, Analytics, and Other Similar Technologies

We use only cookies and similar technologies that are technically necessary for the operation of the website. Users may control the use of non-essential technologies where applicable.

Bosch does not knowingly collect or use any personal information from online visitors under the age of 16. Bosch does not knowingly allow visitors under the age of 16 to participate in any promotions or contests made available from time to time.

California “Shine the Light” Privacy Rights

California’s “Shine the Light” law permits Bosch customers who are residents of California to annually request a list of their personal information (if any) that Bosch disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year, and the names and addresses of those third parties.

Your Rights

Dependent on the state of your residence* you may be provided the following data subject rights:

Right to Confirm/Know/Disclose - what personal information Bosch has collected about you, the sources from which it is collected, the purposes for collecting, selling, or sharing it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.

Right to Access/Obtain - a copy of the personal information collected about you, including information about automated decision making.

Right to Data Portability - receive your personal information in a transferable and readily usable format, when technically feasible.

Right to Delete - your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.

Right to Correction - of the personal information we maintain about you.

Right to Opt-Out - of sale or sharing of personal information to third parties, targeted advertising, profiling, automated decision making, collection of sensitive personal information, or collection of personal information through the operation of a voice or facial recognition.

Right to Question the Results of Profiling - and to review your personal information used for profiling, to question the results, to be informed of the reasons of the resulting decision, and to be informed of what actions you can take to secure a different decision.

If a decision was based on inaccurate personal information, you have the right to have the personal information corrected and the profiling decision reevaluated.

Right to Restrict Sensitive Personal Information - to limit the use and disclosure or to opt-out.

Right to Appeal - our decision regarding your submitted request.

How to Exercise Your Rights

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights. If you choose to exercise your rights, use one of the following options:

To assist Bosch to process your request, the following information is required: your full name, phone number, address, and include any additional information about your previous contact with Bosch (e.g. contact point with Bosch, screenshots, reference to a specific product/newsletter) may help expedite the request. We can only respond if we can verify your identity or authority to make the request.

Depending on your state of residence you may request certain rights through an authorized agent. When an authorized agent submits your request, we may also require that you:

1. Provide us a copy of your written permission for the authorized agent to submit the applicable request; and

2. Verify your own identity directly with us.

When you have provided your authorized agent with a power of attorney pursuant to California Probate Code Sections 4000 to 4465, we may require a copy of such power of attorney before fulfilling any request.
